Aim: The aim of the study is to assess quality and reliability YouTube videos on botulinum toxin injection for treatment spasticity.
 Material Method: In this cross-sectional study, a search was made 15 September 2020, using keywords "botulinum spasticity", “spasticity management with toxin" "treating spasticity botox". Two experienced reviewers reviewed first 200 videos. evaluated according Global Quality Scale (GQS) three groups were formed: high quality, intermediate low quality. DISCERN tool used evaluate videos.
 Results: Of 77 analyzed GQS, 36 (46.8%) 31 (40.2%) 10 (13.0%) Most (44.15%, n=34) uploaded by health professionals (physiatrist, orthopedist etc.) majority professional had produced (67.64%).
